Voucher Redemption & Booking Policy
All vouchers purchased through Thai Salons are valid for redemption at the selected salon.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
- Please contact the salon directly to book your appointment using the provided voucher code
- The voucher must be presented at the time of service (printed or digital)
- Bookings are subject to availability at the salon
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers unless stated
Refund Policy
All voucher purchases are final.
Redunds are only issued in the following situations:
- The salon is permanently closed or unable to provide the purchased service
- Serious service complaints are verified by Thai Salons
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Thai Salons customer support with supporting documentation
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled directly with the salon according to their availability and cancellation policies.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash
- Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded
- Failure to show up for a booking appointment may result in forfeiting the voucher
