Positivity: What’s in Your Cup?
Positivity: What is in Your Cup? Positivity or Frustration?
Positivity: You’re holding a cup of coffee when someone bumps into you or shakes your arm. The coffee spills everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?

“Because someone bumped into me!” you might say.
But that’s not the right answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
In life, the same principle applies. When life shakes you, what spills over depends on what’s inside you. It’s easy to stay calm when everything is going smoothly. But when challenges arise—like managing last-minute appointments, dealing with client cancellations, or handling the pressures of business growth—that’s when your true response shows up.
So we ask ourselves… “What’s in my cup?”
When things get tough, what spills out?
Is it:
Joy, gratitude, and positivity?
Or is it:
Anger, stress, and frustration?
